Strength x Pilates 3 Week Program
Transform the way you move, strengthen, and connect with your body in this 3-week Strength x Pilates Program. Designed to combine the fluid, mindful movement of Pilates with the power of traditional strength training, this program includes 15 unique videos that target and sculpt your entire body.
Throughout these three weeks, you'll:

- Monday: 30-Min Lower Body
- Tuesday: 45-Min Full Body
- Wednesday: 30-Min Power Pilates
- Thursday: 20-Min Arms & Abs
- Friday: 45-Min Full Body
